Dear Portfolio Committee on Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development,
My application for permit to cultivate Hemp for industrial use, is ignored or paused, because I do not have GPS coordinates or site map or photos of the communal land, which I was granted permission for use by Traditional Council.
How important are GPS coordinates in processing of Hemp permits? As my application is on hold, because I cannot produce GPS coordinates or site map or photos.
Thank You.
