Dear Portfolio Committee on Police,
Since I wrote to you on the 7th February 2021, I had not received any acknowledgement of the said email let any response received.
I hereby request your intervention in this matter. My goods were confiscated by the SAPS and on investigation by the SAPS inspectorate it was discovered that the said confiscated goods were wrongfully sold by the SAPS.
I had written to the SAPS on several occasion where I had been taken from pillar to post and until now I do not know what else should I do.
I requested the SAPS to locate and retrieve my goods from who ever they were wrongfully sold to and let me have my goods back and it appears this is a Himalayan mountain to climb for the SAPS. I am not afraid to mention the I had written to almost every one in the SAPS from the Station to the province and to the National offices of the SAPS with no respond at the station and provincial offices.
From the Nations SAPS offices I am being taken from one office to the other and at some offices the doors are being closed on my face.
I wrote to this committee on several occasions and my complain was referred back to the SAPS inspectorate hence the report from the SAPS inspectorate which I submitted thus making this a merry go round kind of situation.
I hereby request your intervention on this matter.
I had submitted the copies of my correspondences and reports to the secretary of this committee (on several occassions) and should you need copies of such I can make them available.
Kind regards.
