Dear Portfolio Committee on Justice and Constitutional Development,

I implore you to please stop the degradation of our society by the divisive laws trying to be established to strip hard working farmers and land owners of their right to own land.

I am too young to understand and feel what aparthied was like but this is a reversal of it towards a smaller demographic section of the country will create hatred and spur on the divide in our country.

Gandhi, a person who fought against apartheid like systems once said. "An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind"

I do hope that these laws that are trying to be passed are created in a more inclusive and constructive way.

This new South Africa is turning into the reprehensible South Africa of old. The new apartheid is coming back
