Dear Portfolio Committee on Sport, Arts and Culture,
While I appreciate your budget speech and being a great leader who has a primary objective to be a future President of this country. I need to share a plan that will assist in ensuring that all South Africans view you as a future President, as I did way back, during your period as a Mayor of Karoo Municipality.
I think the budget should also include the sustainability plan to ensure that it breaks away from being funded. I have a plan that will ensure that athletics (Sprinters using in my plan). The plan also includes the introduction of business opportunities within the sector, because it cannot be that ONLY job creation is the main focus.
This is what the ANC government focused during its term on benefitting their friends and cadre in entrepreneurship opportunities. I should also indicate that you need a team that will ensure that there are skill exchange programs especially with countries that are excelling in what I will identify in our plan. Your term in office as a Minister of Sports, should alleviate you to be the next President of the country, that is achievable if you align yourself with thinkers who can help you in that course.
The plan includes all nine provinces and it can identify potential participants both in direct participation and also management. The management of the talent is vital as it will add value into entrepreneurship.
I would appreciate it if a video conferencing meeting could be organised to ensure that all facilities that you develop will be able to sustain itself even after your term.
