WE DEMAND JUSTICE – NO MORE SILENCE

I have carried this pain for too long. During a trip I took with the Ahmed Kathrada Foundation, an unspeakable violation occurred. A young woman close to me was raped. This was not just a personal betrayal — it was a betrayal of everything this foundation claims to stand for.

This is not an accusation made lightly. It is a call for accountability, justice, and the protection of women in every political and civil space.

I am calling on all relevant authorities, civil society leaders, and the public to support the call for a full and transparent investigation. Silence is complicity. And I will not be silent.
