Dear Portfolio Committee on Employment and Labour,
we really want to urge Government employees to return to their place of work and not work from home anymore. COVID is old news and we, as the public and service providers to our clients, is not getting any service from the WCA and UIF departments.
We submit follow up on follow up and lodge complaints to their complaints portal with NO FEEDBACK.
We cannot wait 4-6 years for an audit with a turnaround time of 6 months to be resolved. It is also ridiculous that a request for a company name or address change just never gets any attention.
We want to receive service and feedback within the prescribed turnaround times. The department cannot penalise the public for late submission or payments, while the Government is failing its people. The WCA website is not even working properly.
