Dear Portfolio Committee on Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs, I'm Wayne Karls from Oppermansgronde. I'm a member of the Oppermansgronde Communal Property Association and are frustrated because Rural Development and Land Reform Free State are not doing their duty by placing the Oppermansgronde Communal Property Association under Administration (report Oppermansgronde Enquiry December 2021, Honey Attorneys).

Mediation has been part of the OCPA from the day it was registered. No AGM's are called and no inclusive elections are held by the OCPA Committee.

The OCPA will never be compliant if it's not placed under administration or totally disbanded.

I hereby pray you will help our small but loving community by placing this Oppermansgronde Communal Property Association under administration. We urgently need your assistance in this regard.
