It is deeply saddening and frustrating to know that as a war on leaks trainee,we are being victimized byvtge department regarding the payment of stipends for the last 4 months..My question is why when we call the department they never answer the phone and I would like to know why the department cannot supply any news about our stipend payments...I have lodged a complaint with the CCMA and I have also been in touch with a lawyer who he advised me to file a suit against the department for a breach of contract
