Dear Portfolio Committee on Land Reform and Rural Development,
1) Kindly clarify how entrepreneurs NOT belonging to the specific CPA, can engage in business dealings with that CPA where the size, value and nature of the soil (whether dolomitic or not) of their land is unknown.
2) Where the CPA does NOT have land survey skills, geospatial acumen on land use nor the financial resources to buy such services, how can proactive entrepreneurs be fairly reimbursed if they agree to help the CPA with such expert services?
3) Because of the above deficiencies, how can entrepreneurs enter into commercial lease agreements with such CPAs? Can we incorporate commercial attorney fees in the lease agreement?
Future replies will be published here.
