UNRESPONDED EMAILS ON INVESTMENT IN INFRASTRUCTURE

Dear Portfolio Committee on Public Works and Infrastructure,

Honorable members, I write to the committee as a last resort as all my emails are not responded to, and my proposal is not reaching to the DPWI top structures. Yes, I have written several emails between 2024 and 2025 and do not want to mention the names at this stage as it will not serve any purpose. I do however have copies of all the emails.

I am an ordinary citizen, with many years professional experience having studied, lived and worked in Europe and the USA. I am requesting an audience with the department of public works to listen to my value proposition that will address and contribute to solving the current challenges addressed by the most recent construction reform plan launched by the Minister.
I am working with a USA Family Office of investors, with a FULL mandate to bring R5 billion in equity financing in drawdowns over an agreed period, and that will be spent in addressing selected infrastructure challenges that meet and satisfy the USA based investment criteria and model under very favourable terms (better than what local project finance local institutions can offer)
My proposal provides a non conventional approach to equity financing with an approach that will reduce incomplete implementations by bringing Project Management, disbursement of funds management and Monitoring, and other controls.
I am requesting the committee to assist me with the best process to be followed to reaching to the Minister and his Deputy for a face to face meeting and presentation. I will be happy to visit the make a presentation to the committee if that will be required.
I sincerely look forward to a favourable response to this email letter. Yes, I am ready when the government is ready.

Future replies will be published here.
