Dear Portfolio Committee on Employment and Labour,

I have submitted my maternity claim application almost 2 months ago initially and resubmitted 3 weeks ago, I have called the call centre several times and sent several emails enquiring about my application and have not received a response nor an update.

Kindly advise how I can ensure that I receive the required payout.
