Dear Portfolio Committee on Employment and Labour,

It is so upsetting that I had made a claim through Department of Labour in August because of Civid 19 I applied for my claim online and to this day I have not received any feedback nor payment. The SMS I received fully state that I should wait 35 days and I had called the call centre more than 5 times and I am not getting any feedback. Can you kindly assist as a matter of urgency. I cannot wait 3 months for a payment. And the worst part there is no communication whatsoever. Thank you.
