I have many years of asking and submitting my documents to DOD with no response. On Wednesday 03/11/99 I have submitted my matter to PP Public Protector with Mr Vusi Matika and since He gave me the Reference number 7 /232979 /99 with no response. I hv submitted my matter to DHQ Erasmus in the office of Retired Gen. Yengeni, I hv submitted my matter to the Chief of Air Force Gen. Gagiano, Gen. Msimang and Gen. Buthelezi many years with no response. I have taken my to Legal Division Col. Fourier at Air Command and He said the discharge was Fruad and I hv taken my matter to Dr. Guma at DHQ with no response and I hv taking my matter to the Presidential Hotline and the Reference number 18603105 many years with no response. I was accused of insulting and taken to court at AFB Makhado on Wednesday 18Mar98 but the court didn't finished and they said I will appear in court again the following day on Thursday 19Mar99 which I didn't appear again in court instead I was taken to civilian prison Makhado Correctional Services where I hv stay five days in prison without a charge and I was dismissed on my return from prison on Monday 23Mar99 but the Charge Sheet was signed after I was dismissed on the 31Mar99 but the Record of DOD stated that I hv appear in court at AFB Makhado on the 29Jun99 while I was already dismissed at AFB Makhado on Monday 23Mar98 and in the DOD Personal System stated that I was dismissed on the 02Apr98 and the HR of AFB Makhado states that I was dismissed on the 06Apr98 but the DOD Personnel System stated that I was detain in prison from 03Apr98 until 08Apr98 but the prison Makhado Correctional Services states that I was detain in their center from 19Mar98 until 23Mar98 but Col. Fourier at Air Command in Legal Division said the discharge is Fraud and he knew it many years.
