Dear Portfolio Committee on Defence and Military Veterans, unlawful discharge of 94712783 in SANDF with different dates. I was accused of insulting and taken to court at AFB Makhado on Wednesday 18Mar98 but the court didn't finished and they said I will appear again the following day on Thursday 19Mar98 which I didn't appear again in court instead I was taken to Civilian detention Makhado Correctional Services by Cpl (now RSM Papole where I hv stay five days in detention without a charge and I was discharge on my return from detention on Monday 23Mar98 and on Thursday 26Mar98 I visited Air Command where I met Capt. Carstens and make an appeal since waited for the date. As the discharge was on Monday 23Mar98 but the charge sheet was sign seven days after the discharge on the 31Mar98 but in the Record of DoD is another date which indicated that I hv appear in court at AFB Makhado on the 29Jun98 and in the SANDF Personal information system stated that the discharge was on the 02Apr98 and again the HR of AFB Makhado Wo van Staden said the discharge was on the 06Apr98 while the discharge was already happened on Monday 23Mar98. I hv visited Air Command where I met Col. Fourie in Legal Services Division who said the discharge is fraud and he knew it many years ago and he don't work with fraud charges, As the HR of AFB Makhado said the discharge was on the 06Apr98 but the Record of SANDF Personal information system stated that the detention in Civilian detention Makhado Correctional Services was from 03Apr98 until 08Apr98 but according to the Record of Civilian detention Makhado Correctional Services the detention was from 19Mar98 until 23Mar98. But according to Col. Fourie in Legal Services Division they were trying to cover the charge sheet which was sign seven days after the discharge on the 31Mar98 while the discharge was on Monday 23Mar98. I hv taken this matter to Former Chief of Air force Gen. Carlo Gagiano, Gen. Msimang with no respond. I hv taken this matter to DHQ Erasmuskloef PA Ms Nozuko.gqirana of Minister of Defence and to Dr. Guma with no respond. I hv taken it to Dr. Guma and Chief of SANDF Gen. Shoke with no respond. I hv taken this matter to PP Public Protector on the 03/11/99 ,with Mr Vusi Matika and Referencenumber 18603105. I hv taken this matter to Presidential Hotline many years and the Reference number 18603105 with no respond. But according to Col. Fourie the DoD must reinstate me back and take responsibility for system.
