Dear Portfolio Committee on Higher Education, Science and Technology,

I am a UNISA student in my final year of studying Bachelor of Arts (Policy Studies).

The university administration is "closed" to students enquiries. The institution being a distance learning institution, the modes of communication need to be open and responses need to be in a reasonable time frame.

The office of the Registrar us also unresponsive, and this prejudices us in complying with university policies and graduation prospects.

I am writing to you because I have exhausted other avenues. I am an unemployed self funding student, and my non compliance would really prejudice my career prospects. I know I am not the only on experiencing such frustration.

Please intervene
