Dear Portfolio Committee on Social Development,
I qualified in 2017 as a social worker. I would like to register on DSD database as i am seeking employment, but I am unable to access and download formsA for unemployed social workers. I did not get employed over the years because I did not use scholarship, government funding, then lack of experience and now age.
I do pay annual fee to SACSSP since 2017, my registration 1043427. I currently live in Potchefstroom.

I hold a bachelor of social work, honors in development studies and National diploma in marketing management.
