Greetings, I hereby submit a complaint regarding a labour matter which were already referred by the ccma to labour court but till to date no response from the department. The Marit is that I had contracted Covid 19 at work were hospitalized, there after quarantine as per amended law furthermore experienced post covid and were layer of for additional period of time.The employer Anmar refractory refused to pay for medical bill, wages including workman's compensation and register for UIF. They informed me that a claim were to be submitted to the R.M.A but till to date nothing what so ever regarding the matter.It has being a long and stressful situation since I have being unemployed since and it's being three years unable to claim UIF or SRG.Iam reaching out for your intervention as I am the soul provider of the homestead.Please do not hesitate to inquire documention referred to the above mentioned.Your correspondence will be highly appreciated.
