I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the poor level of service and lack of communication I have experienced regarding my application submitted on 18 July 2025. This is the second submission of my application, and to date—over four months later—no funds have been paid out, nor have I received any meaningful feedback or updates on the progress.

Throughout this period, I have made numerous calls and follow-ups, yet each time my queries are escalated with no outcome. It is extremely frustrating to be repeatedly told that the matter will be attended to, only to receive no further response. The slow turnaround time, lack of accountability, and apparent incompetence in handling my case have caused me great inconvenience and disappointment.

I expect immediate feedback on the status of my application and a clear explanation for the ongoing delay. I also request that a manager or senior representative contact me directly to ensure this matter is resolved urgently.

Please treat this email as a formal complaint and confirm receipt. I would appreciate written confirmation of the actions that will be taken to resolve this issue and a specific timeframe for when I can expect payment.

Future replies will be published here.
