Dear Portfolio Committee on Employment and Labour,

I am writing this out of desperation.

I have applied for UIF and received 2 payments. Last payment was in March.

I really need help to try figure out as what has happened as this has been escalated twice. The operator I just spoke to said the Trade name is not the same as what I gave her.

I am really struggling to make ends meet as many others are.

I have emailed, called and whatsapp'ed numerous people to help me but I can either not get through or they are not responding to my e-mails anymore or calls.

Can you please assist me with this?
