Dear Portfolio Committee on Employment and Labour,
I have submitted my claim end of July. I have had No feedback as they customer services say the will phone me back or email.
Nearly 4 months to process documents on line and the uif portal does not get updated, so you have to phone in and all they say is they will escalate it yet nothing gets done no feedback nothing.
