Dear Portfolio Committee on Employment and Labour, I am in great distress as I have been contacting the UIF offices as well as the CCMA office without any assistance. I am struggling to get my payment processed with the UIF office, this is causing me to fall behind in payments and I cannot make arrangements as I do not have the dates that payment will commence. I also requested assistance from the CCMA offices as my settlement agreement was broken and I would like to know what the next steps is that should be taken. Please I would really just like to get my things sorted, please advise whom I could contact for assistance or what steps I should take to get any kind of assistance. Thank you.
