Dear Portfolio Committee on Higher Education, Science and Technology,



We, the South African Students Congress Nkangala Region , have noted the recent Parliamentary press release dated 7 February 2020 regarding irregular conduct involving TUT Enterprise Holdings. We humble request and hereby invite the Portfolio Committee to extend their recent visit beyond Pretoria and in order to visit one of our campus here in Emalahleni and where we are experiencing problematic issues around accommodation caused directly as a result of TUT Enterprises' business dealings here, our students and service providers have launched serious and urgent complains against the operation of TUTEH which is exploiting their rights.

We are looking forward to here your urgent respond and visitation to the above mentioned campus.
