Dear Select Committee on Education and Technology, Sports, Arts and Culture,

The Cycling South Africa is not transformed..

The board is the just to cover that transformation has happened. The selection committee select only white riders/cyclist to represent the country. Recently the was team which consisted of white cyclist that went to Tour of Rwanda and there was not black cyclist. This Minister of Sport has being notified several times, to no response.
