Dear Portfolio Committee on Mineral Resources and Energy,

I would like to object against the fact that the time for comment is on December and most people who might have an interest in this proposed regulation, might be on holiday.

I, and those who will have an interest in this regulations, will be prejudiced because we are unable to comment as it is December and most people will be on holiday.
