Dear Portfolio Committee on Justice and Correctional Services,

I would like to make a submission to parliamentary in line with the rule of law as stated in the Constitution. I therefore request in the interest of Justice a fair trail, without favour and prejudice for Rev Tim Omotoso and that the state should do their investigation and provide a proper detailed charge sheet, in the interest of administration of Justice. it's a violation of human rights in a criminal case to detain a person on a vague charge sheet. A fair trail ensures Justice for both the complainants and the defendants.
