Dear Portfolio Committee on Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development, Minister of Labour Thula Nxesi, Honourable President Ramaphosa

In lieu of the current high unemployment rate and crime in South Africa. It would be a disservice to native South Africand to pass this National Migration Labour Policy. South Africans masses have been waiting since 1994 for basic means to dignity. But however in 2022 almost half the country is on R350 grants and on top of that there are still people excluded from grants who need them who are further marginalized. South Africa isn't the same anymore. We can not carry the burden of failed African States. Whatever promises you made to give Africa Job was without our knowledge and therefore subverting the will of the people and the electorate at large.

We have a crisis in this country that has been brewing since ANC came into power, Porous Boarders that we have seen unpresidented numbers of illegal immigrants from Africa and Arab countries flooding in without proper vetting and documentation. It is a clear invasion, It goes against the sovereignty of our country. You cannot override our existing immigration, labour and business laws based on a promise. As South Africa is separate country politically decided and a Sovereign State. We are not Africans but South Africans first. No Pan Africanism or ideology or promises of delusions of grandeur should sidestep our constitution. We cannot afford to share the cake with illegal foreigners or economic migrants that are not on the critical list of skills recently released which was also more than enough of a compromise. Colonialism raped South Africa, Apartheid raped South Africa, Pan Africanism is rapping South Africa repeatedly. We are accepting bottom of the barrel migrants who ran come from failed African states. If they could not fix their countries what social cohesion or improvement can they offer South Africa. It is the duty of every countries citizens to face their own governments and hold them accountable.

We reject the proposal Minister Thulas Nxesi has made. Its is an assault to injury. Scrap the migrant labour system get South Africans working. Our votes cannot be good enough for you and then suddenly we cannot participate in the economy of the government we voted for. This has also led to a setback of our employment equity and what Unions have fought for as illegal immigrants offer cheap labour, have no bargaining rates. On top of that more people are forced to resort to crime in South Africa to survive and this gets further exacerbated by imported crimes as well. These people are a burden, they have brought a curse of poverty to our nation. They didnt meet us halfway when they invaded our country with underhanded tactics. Therefore I do not see why we should share our crumbs or low hanging fruits with them.

In that regard ANC government has become a threat to the lives of ordinary native citizens. The malaise in this country in unbearable. South Africans need to be put first. We need our border walls and electric fence switch back on. I myself almost got abducted by a Nigerian. I have never in my life been handled that aggressively as woman by any man until that day. Our Legacy, cultures, traditions are in danger if we continue on this slippery slope. The poor are further burdened with the criminal elements of illegal immigrants as they have to live with them in communities. Armies of men flooding to SA exercerbate rape culture and now Thulas Nxesi who defended a fire pool in Nkanda wants to legalise people who have proven time and time and again are incapable of integrating into our society. The scarce skills critical list is more than enough. The new dawn is very dark and this proposal speaks nothing to the renewal of the ANC. Our government has failed us and we are pleading.
Put South Africans First.
