My name is Maniki Goodstaff Rapuleng and I'm located in Sebokeng Gauteng province I'm a Black Organisations Youth Boy director which is an NPC company that have a lot of projects, as Boy We aimed to help and improve the South African country we planned a streetlights development program which is including roads and electricity renewals . This program is to increase the employment rate across the country and help the country save energy and money.I'll love to let you know that the streetlights development program is in need of finance , we had so many freelances from different countries who have interest in working on this program. The cheapest freelances are costing us as much as R 300 000 000 for the whole project to be done. I need your support so that we can proceed with the project .
