I is necessary to do over site on the Free State Province as per your heading over victimisation etc.
We want to thank you for your oversight but we also want to request to bring in Sport confederation in the Free State Province also into your oversight. They are marketing sport and Rec contributions as of it is them that are doing it. They should do over site over the federation now it seems as of Free State Sport confederation are running the sport especially in Mangaung area. They are marketing themselves but they should support the federation under them. Not to take all the credit that should go to sport and Rec department.
