Dear Portfolio Committee on Employment and Labour,my name is Sipho Menziwa and I'm the former Pamodzi gold mine employee.
In 2009 I lost my job as an Onsetter and i lost R19000 of UIF between 2016 and 2024.
And when I report these matters to the department of labour and employment nothing happens.
Pamodzi gold mine was under the new employers called Aurora empowerment system company owned by Khulubuse Zuma and Zondwa Mandela.
Unfortunately the mines left us unemployed and without payments due to the destruction and nothing happened to ensures justice,accountability and closure for the employees.
