Dear Portfolio Committee on Justice and Constitutional Development,

I wish to thank you all honourable members for the enormous work that you do of safe guarding and protecting the constitutional right of our country.
It is with sadness that I write to this committee requesting to be assisted with asking the Minister questions regarding the Bosasa group of companies in liquidation status, honourable members it's been 7 long years of disdain and vagueness from the Master of high court together with the Liquidator Mr Ralph who are not respecting the constitutional right of Bosasa employees who had to endure but vagueness from those latter's to date (a)we don't know the status quo of the liquidation (b)we have no knowledge of the meetings and minutes thereof (c)please furnish us with the LDA liquidation distribution account if any (D) please take us to confidence of when to complete liquidation and beneficiary payments.
