What I don't understand from scra due to backlogs is that refugees who did apply their certification before 2020 never get any response from scra even an acknowledgement receipt but someone who did apply in 2020 get his or her finalisation. How come, indeed, the service must be free of CHARGES but the truth is that refugees are forced to pay money for their finalisation. Please 🙏, new Chairperson do your best to help refugees because our people are suffering as before same day you submit your application by hands and you be printed your acknowledgement receipt on same day and I believe corruption caused this so called backlogs not shortage of staffs members, let be honestl here as I am in this country since 1999 and I know what is going on. I thanks the current Minister of Home Affairs for Administration CHANGE and Courage also Viva new SCRA Chairperson.
