Dear Standing Committee on Finance,

Good evening i would like THE COMMITEE to give some clarity when it comes to SARS efiling in relation to 2010 information.
I recently received SMS's from SARS claiming I owe them then I query that info via SARS query online system but it seems like the information was not taken serious or ignored ,then now in July 2024 i went to my nearest branch to submit my original IRP5 document from 2010 where it was proven i don't owe SARS and even got a letter from SARS which states R0,00 , BUT NOW in August I RECEIVED ANOTHER LETTER FROM SARS ,claiming i should do efiling for 2010.
I seriously don't know what is required as I can't pay for something I don't owe, can the department give clarity on this issue and give guidance BECAUSE it will affect my entire employment , any future carrier and possibility of being unemployed in future which will be influenced by these errors from SARS .
