Dear Portfolio Committee on Small Business Development,
I have been delivering diesel to government departments on behalf of African Rhino Fuels who hold a RT 70 contract, they have been paid but have failed to pay me, I have reported the matter to Contract management at National Treasury in Pta, they refuse to blacklist the supplier as this is a BREACH of the terms of their contract.
Please advise how I should proceed to recover my R1.07m
