Dear Standing Committee on Public Accounts (SCOPA),

Good day, I have an RT70 contract holder owing me in excess of R1M, I supplied diesel to government institutions on their behalf, they have been paid and have not paid me. As per the contract they are prohibited from entering into payment arrangements, or performing an act of insolvency, I have reported to national treasury who refuse to enforce terms of contract.
What can I do?
