I was unfairly dismissed at Umzinto CS,without proper channels being followed in 2002.After a series of sickness I was able to lodge my complaint with HR in 2013 where there was no permanent head until 2017.Since then I have been trying to communicate with Dir Nzama without any success and here I will include the reply I received from HR in 2013.
