Dear Portfolio Committee on Small Business Development,

We are two men running a small scale farming project in tsakane ,marite (bushbuckridge ) in mpumalanga.Our operation has been running for a while we even have a bee keeping registration number by DAFF (reg no.MP220) .
We recently offered pollination services to the owners of the company called THE BEEGER PICTURE ,we agreed that we will provide our bees and boxes to them for 3 months for pollinations services and we offered them 65 boxes of which we make ourselves and it was supposed to be R750 per box ,he kept our boxes for a whole six (6) months of which affected our operations a bit because we had to make new boxes so as to up production a bit however we didn't really make much of that given the fact that it meant we were still making money,he took the bees and left the boxes empty an action that is criminal at its best .

By calculations he should have paid us R48750 X2 since the boxes stayed with him six months instead of the agreed three months but instead he gave R38000 with no explanation as to why plus to effect he took our bees and honey.

One box with live bees cost R2500 he didn't give us money for the honey he extracted twice ( for the two periods he had our property ) he actually was on a mission to destroy us and seemingly he broke our spirits and drive.

He then brought back the boxes only to find out that he cleaned out the bees and honey kept them for himself ,so all this while we thought he was following through with the agreement he was secretly sabotaging us and thus destroying our business.

Now what kind of a thing is this and how are we as black people ,who wake up in the morning and work hard to create something that will inturn help our community , supposed to think ,If this was a fellow white men will he/they do this to subotage the operation and the business .We are in our late 40s and we know little about paper work and legal stuff but we know a human being needs to really treat others well and what these person did was highly disrespectful and disgustiing to say the least because be it ,it was his fellow white he wouldn't have sabotage them like this.

I therefore kindly request your intervention and for you to see this matter through because if we let such things to continue the transformation and black economic inclusion talk is a pipe dream ,he used the fact that we are not educated as he is and we pretty much in the villages so we won't do anything to him ,this person did us wrong and what is did is criminal and he needs to be taken to account .He must do right by us .

One of your missions is to "evaluate restrictive business practices, abuse of dominant positions " so help us here please
