Dear Portfolio Committee on Police,
I have opened the Case at the above mentioned Police Station on the said date and year. I have been to the Police Station more than 5 years with no clear process from the Police Station.

This Case Docket even went to the Provincial Office of Police for over 6 months but there was nothing which I was told to be following.

The Procetutors at Butterworth were changed more than 5 times and still l had not received any court date regarding my Case.

This Case is linked to the Case l have Opened with Hawk's at Mthatha per the jurisdiction.

A number of People including the ANC Regional Secretary was arrested along side with the Municipal Manager who later was involved in the car accident after his has failed to ensure that the people he has hired to kill me have not done so.

The 2 investigation Officers who were briefing me about the developments were later stopped to do so and personal l went to their offices at Mthatha PRD Building to enquire and I was told by their female head then that they have been given the instructions not to share any information with me again about my Case.

After that I decided to go to the East london Offices to submit the complaint to the then Provincial Head of Hawks who was from Limpopo by Origin.

He assembled all his investigators accept those who were from Mthatha that were not part of that meeting.

That meeting agreed that l will be contacted within 2 weeks from that day of which that never happened.

The National Director of the Hawks then who was Mr Ntlemeza disbanded the Task Team which arresting the implicated people.

Mr Ntlemeza did so after l was told by the investigators that the main 3 syndicates leaders would be arrested very soon.

The investigators told me that the 249 million was in did stolen from Mnquma Local Municipality. The money have been used from Ntabankulu, Mthatha, East london and Bhisho.

I know this is the main reason which has made my Case not to be head by the Court which this implicates the Police, Procetutors and Magistrates.

I have written to the Minister in the last 6th Administration with no response.

Can this be attended to urgently by the Committee.
