Dear Portfolio Committee,

I am writing to respectfully request that you review the processes leading to my dismissal and consider my reinstatement. I believe there were irregularities and unfair practices involved in my termination after 14years of being a lecturer, Provincial Moderator and National Senior marker.

Specifically, I would like to bring to your attention the letter signed by Mr. Zukile Mvalo who was recently appointed for SETA Board, which formalized my dismissal. I request that you investigate the circumstances surrounding this letter and the roles played by those involved. I have the letters as evidence

I would appreciate it if you could examine the following:

1. The procedures followed during my dismissal process
2. The individuals involved in the decision-making process
3. Any potential biases or conflicts of interest

I believe a thorough review will reveal that my dismissal was unjust and that reinstatement would be a fair outcome, I have tried to send emails to Minister Nobuhle but she never responded, I also sent the email to DG Nkosinathi and he refered the email to labour directorate but until now no response. They have terminated me in August 2025.
