Dear Portfolio Committee on Sports, Arts and Culture,

Much appreciation on your detailed report regarding the PESP matter; we really much acknowledge your efforts to correct every manner of injustice in our arts and creative sector.

My interest which I don't seem to pick up on your report is;

1 the Comitte's verdict on the mismanagement of funds by NAC and what was the Ministers response regarding the original MOU & the shortfall he promised to cover?

2) also a clear indication wether NAC has submitted documents required i.e a proper complete list of beneficiaries and a bank statement to verify approved payments ?

3) the Comittee's conclusion on the board members who benefited from PESP?

4) lastly Comitte's way forward to deal with the matter since the Comittee has indicated that both DSAC & NAC have cooperated in helping them with the info required to compile the Comittee's report?

May i kindly get your response on the above.
