**Contract Term**
Valid until formally revoked in writing by the organization or upon cessation of the appointee's role within Black Organisations Youth Boy (NPC).


**Termination Clause**
- The Power of Attorney can be terminated if formally revoked in writing by the organization.
- Termination also occurs upon cessation of the appointee's role within Black Organisations Youth Boy (NPC).


**Powers Granted**
- Liaise with public officials, community representatives, traditional leaders, and government departments on land-related issues.
- Advocate for the prevention of illegal occupation, misuse, and degradation of land.
- Represent the organization in environmental audits, planning, conservation campaigns, and policy engagements.
- Monitor, report, and respond to environmental violations including illegal dumping, pollution, and unregulated development.
- Represent the organization in meetings, workshops, forums, and legal proceedings.
- Apply for and manage relevant permits, development approvals, or environmental compliance documents.
- Mobilize community education and participation in sustainability, climate resilience, and responsible land use.
- Facilitate partnerships with NGOs, government entities, and international partners for environmental protection programs.

- The National Environmental Management Act (Act No. 107 of 1998).
- The Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act (SPLUMA) (Act No. 16 of 2013).
- Applicable municipal by-laws and governance frameworks.
