Capasitating the SAPS, There are members who are unfairly dismissed by SAPS as per the Expeditious process, such members made appeal. All criminal cases against such members are withdrawn because there are no evidence against such members, then the SAPS without the investigation just conduct Expeditious Process only to come and dismissed members although their cases are withdrawn. For that unfairly dismissal discion stack at the Abitration and SAPS could not provide evidence and relactend to reinstate such members because such members they put civil claims against the police
