I am a concerned citizen of south africa. I head office and district there is corruption that has been going on for more than 15yrs. I finance admin, budgeting, financial management, procument directorate that when post are advertised they hire people that have no experience and qualification just because they have close relationship with them. Level7,8,9 they hire people without proper requirements and HR says they know about but they have written submission stating that the person does not have requirement for that position but they hire them anyway. people are chief accounting clerks, state accountant and assistant directors without qualification. Please investigate from 2005 all people who were hired you will be sur[pised
