Dear Portfolio Committee on Employment and Labour,

I am utterly disgusted to the point where mere words of sarcasm are not enough to describe my rage and anger towards UIF.

I've missed a few payments whilst at home, was told from the Bellville Branch in Cape Town, Western Cape that online registration should be done, no more walk ins, so why are the offices still open?

Online registration was done without success apparently my profile was locked. Called the call centre several times only to here my email was escalated... To where? Heaven?

Emailed All documents requested for days on end with reference numbers, received correspondence "your documents has been received and escalated" 8th call today to the call centre according to agent H the email that was provided no longer works🙄

My online registration is still locked.

What is the next step or should I just leave my uif funds to benefit whom?
