Dear Portfolio Committee on Justice and Constitutional Development, i have RAF CLAIM that was seat on February 2024 in the high court of Johannesburg where the RAF appointed his STATE ATTORNEY and he defend and plead on my matter with the FUND.
And the matter was dismissed with costs and i qualified for section 24raf act by law
So my ATTORNEY withdrew as my attorney of records and i had to take mandate from the other attorney so i can get best interests according to the litigation process and that was done .

So i reported fraud and corruption to LPC with evidences.

And still waiting for the objection of my medico legal report and pain and suffering from the LPC; unfortunately the Legal practitioner counsel doesn't take the above matter of my raf claim into consideration .

Here requesting for the committee of justice and constitutional development to take this LITIGIOUS CLAIM into consideration and order the Legal practitioner counsel power to take my medico legal report taken into consideration by law.
