to whom do I supply a statement on a case which involves not only a court clerk, ngo social workers, a prosecutor and many more. I also have other cases I would like to bring to the relevant peoples attention to take further steps, a social workers report was fabricated with lies and we only got to see the report after the case was finalised i deem this very unconstitutional and if i knew what was written in that report i would have assisted my wife in contesting the lies and reporting not just the social worker which i am going to do anyway but also ask for another magistrate and have the matter referred to the office of the family advocate department of justice as it seems these social workers have to much powers and manipulate the courts and the children"s act , the story goes on in the other cases children died while taken away by social services and placed in so called foster care but no one does anything about it to me this is child trafficking and they using the act and courts to legalise there endeavours.
