Dear Portfolio Committee on Justice and Correctional Services,I demand that something be done regarding the massive open corruption, fraud, breaking of multiple laws regarding the above subject. When any woman approaches the Maintenance section from the ultra RUDE and bombastic clerks, to the openly corrupt senior prosecutors it is an extremely traumatic experience. I specifically had dealings with the cabal leader Yusuf Baba, WHO ILLEGALLY FOR EIGHT YEARS DELIBERATELY hid evidence, refused to call one witness, or obtain as required by law in the maintenance Act, that the court has to provide all documents I require to prove my case, not one document was obtained. I was screamed at by Ann Smith pros and told to get out of her office, rampant corruption with the perpetrator by Yusuf Baba, and Tyss De Jager (a true woman abuser to all the women who have dealings with him), and Dinesh Rankisoor in a false attempted murder case against me which I have proven to be false (but he is yusuf baba's best friend) hiding documents, tearing out pages of evidence, removing pages of court orders, allowing the perpetrator to miss 137 hearings and not one WOA issued until I managed to ger IPID to deliver and arrest him, I ALREADY HAD A SUPREME COURT ORDER FOR MEDICAL MAINTENANCE and all that had to happen was the writs of execution and WOA for disobeying a Supreme Court Order, but baba refused this and deliberately witheld my case for EIGHT YEARS, then offered me pittance when the perpetrator owes me over R1 mil rand, this was ended 02/05/2019 and The writs were then only issued in NOVEMBER 2019 and I was made to deliver them which the perpetrator refused to accept and I still have not been paid. The massive open refusal of baba to bring him to justice was shocking and abusive towards me as this case should never have been taken to court anyway. THIS IS HAPPENING TO MULTIPLE WOMEN VIA BABA who is obviously receiving ""disbursements"from the perpetrator. I tried Batohi she just ignored me as did Chauke. I will be taking the Dept of Justice to court for TOTAL ABUSE OF MULTIPLE WOMEN AT THE RANDBURG MAGISTRATE COURT AND THEM TOTALLY DISMISSING ALL OUR PLEAS FOR ASSISTANCE AND BEING TOTALLY IGNORED. THEY THREFORE ARE FURTHER ABUSING US FOR THEIR OWN GAINS PAID TO THEM FROM THE PERPETRATORS. YUSUF BABA HAS TWICE BEFORE BEING TAKEN TO COURT FOR CORRUPTION. There are some Gogo's who have been there for 12 years and still BABA refuses to take their unpaid maintenance further before being offered some incentive.I made contact with Glynis Breytenbach from years back and now she just blocks my emails which is illegal. I want to make representation to PARLIAMENT TO TELL ALL YOUR PARLIAMENTARY OFFICIALS JUST WHAT IT IS LIKE WHEN YOU GO TO THE RANDBURG MAGISTRATE COURT AND HAVE TO STAND DOUBLE ABUSE FROM THE VEYR PEOPLE WHO ARE BEING PAID TO DEFEND US BUT OPENLY ABUSE US VERBALLY AND REFUSING TO SUPPLY THE SERVICE THEY ARE BEING PAID TO DO. PLEASE CAN YOU ASSIST ME TO MAKE RERESENTATION TO PARLIAMENT, THEY HAVE TO HEAR IT FROM THE HORSES MOUTHS FROM MULTIPLE WOMEN HOW THEY ARE TREATED LIKE ABSOLUTE PIECES OF RUBBISH FROM THE GUTTER BY THE RANDBURG COURT OFFICIALS. AND MOST WALK AWAY WITH NOTHING AS THEY CAN NO LONGER AFFORD TO ATTEND COURT VIA TAXIS AND BUSSES ANYLONGER. THIS IS TOTALLY AGAINST THE CONSTITUTION OF SOUTH AFRICA AND WE WANT TO BE HEARD!!! thank you.
