Dear Standing Committee on Public Accounts (SCOPA),I got involved in an accident on the 29th of May 2016 where my face and head was scared so bad, my collar bone got dislocated, after all those years I never got compensated my claim is still open, I don't sleep well at night because of my shoulder and my left arm where I got injured, my GP said I need a physiotherapy, yesterday I did find out, it's R750 to see a physiotherapist and my medical aid doesn't cover that, I'm in real pain I can't afford to pay.
