Dear Portfolio Committee on Basic Education, Dear committee I humbly and with great sadness that in South Africa as an unemployed youth who has taken part in the PYE programme where I was an assistant teacher but with a stipend that helped my family to survive in this hard days and being told that we need to give other people a chance in this programme so which means here in South Africa everyone who is working should give someone a chance so I have to go back again on the streets and be unemployed again my family and I we have to go hungry again... every former worker was hoping that something could come up out of thise while our president promised us that he will open up jobs but only that they are taking jobs from us only just to give other people chance. ...it is not fair
