Dear Portfolio Committee on Police,

I would like to voice out my frustration about the way public drinking is delt. I live in Hillbrow (jhb,where we have a high number of crime which is caused by drinking in public.
People are arrested but released soon, the is no proper legislation to deal with public drinking. I request the committee to come up with ways to deal with public drinking.
