I am excited to be able to present to you, a simple strategic action plan to implement to SELFSUSTAINABLE BIO-VILLAGES on "700,000 hectares of state farmland to historically disadvantaged people for commercial farming"

SUCH FARMING ECO-VILLAGES are DESIGNED AS WHOLY SELF-RELIANT & SUSTAINABLE, PERMA-CULTURE, ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY BIOSPHERES. (Comparable to ‘Kibbutz Living’, Working & Living Together Self-Governed)

The Focus Motivation is to develop a sustainable future for the children through this design. It furthermore addresses the challenge of Informal Settlements, Unemployment and housing shortage.
THIS STRATEGY IS AN ADAPTATION OF THE PHOENIX BIO-VILLE DESIGN OF THE FUTURE4US
Can equally be adopted applied to develop all new temp / permanent settlements and the same principles can be utilised in developing green communities & neighbourhoods, transforming existing appalling conditions in numerous ‘neighbourhoods’ and informal settlements / squatter camps.
Solutions for many of our coutry's challanges are addressed on a practical level and the simple strategy makes is very easy and affordable to implement. The outcomes is a long-term investment into the sustainable, prosperous communities, especially for our young!
